We will be presenting to  Notre Dame Academy to athletes, parents, and coaches. They have 300+ coaches and 1,900+ players in their club, age pre-K through high school.   They are a town based organization.

Alison will be at Concord Academy‘s Moriarty Athletic Complex on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 for a field session of soccer skills plus a talk with Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer,  Lincoln Sudbury Youth Soccer, and Concord-Carlisle High School from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

5:30pm-5:45pm – dynamic warm up
5:45pm-6:10 pm- 2 stations – soccer skills (that will be your station to lead with Kate Berry from LS helping you … keep it simple and technical as the skill level is pretty variable); ACL Injury Prevention station
6:10pm-6:15pm – change stations
6:15pm-6:40pm – 2 stations again
6:40pm-6:55pm – fitness
6:55pm-7:10pm – finishing.
7:10pm-7:30pm – small sided games with big goals (usually 4v4)
7:30pm-8:30pm – Alison’s Presentation
